vision is to add value to individuals and
organizations. We focus on consulting and training. While we
use the words consulting and training, we aim to educate and
share. To paraphrase Qubein, "Dogs are trained, people are
educated." Our quest is to add value to every individual and
every organization we come into contact. We do so by helping
people and organization apply knowledge. We see it as our
mission to study, research, learn and contemplate knowledge
and translate these into practical methods for our students
and client organizations. We focus on people, helping them
discover their ability to interact with other people and with
technology. We believe in the need for complete commitment and
engagement in any given activity and we are biased towards
soft-skills education.
Our courses and consulting
exercises looks at every issue from the eye of the user, the
people. In doing so, we help individuals discover their real
potential and realize their ability to interact with space,
material, information, time and people. By assisting people in
dealing with other people, people in dealing with
organizations, organizations with organizations, and
organizations in their dealings with people, we hope to ensure
that at any given time, all resources are efficiently used.
At the end of the day, it is efficiency that is the real
competitive advantage.
Our teaching method uses a
simple "concept application approach". We make people aware of
the conceptual framework and the most basic and core
foundation of any given knowledge and how it is applied. In
order to do so, we enable participants to learn as much as
possible from their own work and life experience. We use
visual, audio and kinesthetic, role-plays, the 5 senses, the
heart, mind and soul.
We do all these because we want
to add value. ADD VALUE. To add value, we show
participants how they can play an effective role in their
immediate community. And as adding value is on going, it is
our policy at zubedy to
continuously learn and relearn our own teaching methods as we
practice the basic ideas that we teach. To help others add
value, we must ensure that individuals are committed to their
work and see the benefit of working with love.
And what is it to work with love?
