zubedy ideahouse is the publicity, communications and creative arm of zubedy. Its main responsibilities include zubedy’s communications projects such as our full-page festive ads, book publications, and Unity products. zubedy ideahouse also runs events such as contact talks, youth gatherings, and client meet-ups.
Since 2001 our full-page festive ads have been in the newspaper, and they have become our immediate recognition for the public.
Our festive ads feature admirable historical figures from around the world and talk about the Malaysian values and issues of Unity while addressing current matters. Every year a theme is picked for the festive ads with our signature wish of “Have A Meaningful”. Apart from the festive ads, full-page ads of Anas Zubedy’s open letters and campaigns have been featured as well.
Our books are of three series: to Unite People series, to Inspire People series, and Teh Tarik series. Books to Unite People series focus on Unity such as Anas Zubedy’s Middle Path, Chandra Muzaffar’s A Plea for Empathy, and Shad Faruqi Saleem’s The Bedrock of Our Nation: Our Constitution. Books to Inspire People series aim to do what the name suggests and our The Tarik series are bite-sized compilation of thoughts and ideas meant for light reading such as #BodohPolitik: 101 easy guides on how (not) to choose a Malaysian Leader. We engage our clients and the public through our contact talks and youth gatherings. Every year since 2001, celebration of Hari Malaysia is held at our location for all zubedy’s clients. For youth gatherings, the first one was held in March 2011 followed by one in July 2011. In March 2012, speakers for our youth gathering included Zain HD and Sharyn Shufian. As the youths are the biggest population in our country, zubedy ideahouse feels that it is vital that the young generation is engaged and be exposed to new ideas and encouraging environment to help them become great leaders.
As we believe in touching the lives of everyone we know and adding value in everything, each and every of our festive advert, publication, and event are meant to spread the message of Unity as well as messages of celebration, acceptance, and knowledge.
