Anuprakash Regunathen holds a Master in Marketing from University of Newcastle, Australia. He started off with Allianz Malaysia Berhad in Corporate Communications, responsible for internal and external communications, advertising, brand management and event management.
He handled trainings on brand management and motivation for staff and insurance agents, arranging various workshops, seminars and conventions. His 10 years exposure at Allianz has provided him valuable knowledge in managing people’s motivation, particularly during major transition periods like ‘company take-overs’ and ‘change of management’.
He was involved in Allianz’s change management and monitoring programs, training staff to understand the importance of ‘change’. ‘Change’ programs demanded him to have a great deal of interaction with staff from all levels and through this he has gained a lot of experience in terms of inter-personal skills and people management.
Anuprakash has 12 years of training experience throughout his career. He is the Head of Trainer at Zubedy. He has facilitated training programs for Executives up to General Manager level. Many local and international companies have engaged him for training such as ASTRO, BASF (M) Sdn Bhd, Bukit Bandaraya Development Berhad, CELCOM, Delicious Group, Estee Lauder, Freescale, Hong Leong Bank, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, NESTLE Malaysia, Pelikan Asia Sdn Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, UEM Group, Technip, Texas Instruments Malaysia, and Western Digital.
At Zubedy, he facilitates various programs such as change management, presentation, selling skills, managing generation Y, customer service, and creativity.
