Aligning Mindset

Making A Difference (MAD)

How to get the graduates to take ownership for their development

This is a mindset change workshop that helps the graduates to embrace change, stay focused, and achieve their key result areas. At the end of the workshop, the graduates will recognize that others (superiors, peers, other departments, customers, competitors, etc) and the environment (economic slowdown, takeovers, products, traffic jam, etc) are not the reasons for failure to achieve results. They will discover their own abilities to make the best of a situation and ‘make things happen’.

Gen Y 2.0

How to get the best from them by way of working with them and through them

This workshop enables graduates to shift their attentions not towards what they want but to focus on organisation needs and organisational vision, mission, and goals. In the words of Peter Drucker, the purpose of an organisation is to enable common men to do uncommon things. This is a realisation that many know but fail to act on. Such failure translates into the inability to harness their full-potential and get them to excel.

 Interview & Resume Writing Skills

How to write a winning resume and ace an interview

This is an experiential-based program that has been designed to provide participants who are on the hunt in the job market with the necessary skills and techniques to be successful and thus gainfully employed. The programme will allow them to perform well during an interview and enable them to write a winning resume that will secure interviews. Participants will practice writing their resumes in the class and also go through interview role plays.

 Present As Yourself (PAY)

How to present as yourself and be better than usual

 

This workshop facilitates participants to appreciate their personality, character, and experience in life. By harnessing their unique self, they will eventually emerge as powerful presenters while preserving their identity. In the program, participants will be taught to enhance what they readily have, rather than imitate the presentation style of other presenters. By presenting as themselves, participants will be more confident and at ease during presentations.

Creativity and Problem Solving Skills (CRTVT)

A “must have” skill in business organizations

This workshop helps the graduates discover their creative abilities by using 14 different tools of application in a practical approach for problem solving. Through easy and ready to use creative tools, the graduates can apply their creative skills immediately. This workshop is designed to help participants break away from limitations, learn to appreciate diverse opinions, avoid common mistakes that block creativity, resulting in a boost in productivity.

Read English to Advance Development (READ)

Making People English-Speaking

The program is designed to help people move into an English speaking world. It does so by creating an environment to speak the language on a daily basis. It is not a one-off program but a program that incorporates practical follow-up between each participant and their team members, as well as bringing home the language to their family. This program will create the possibilities through activities that can assist them use the language daily.
