zubedy's Making A Difference (mad) is a personal change program, designed principally to help participants:

  • Discover their true potential
  • Perform their best through commitment, motivation, effective communication, human interaction and
  • Understand the processes of change
At the end of the workshop, participants will stop blaming others and know how to make the best out of any given situation.

Anyone interested in making a difference in his or her career and personal life.

    Teaching Approach

    mad program is based on experiential learning, each participant will learn differently from his or her experiences. zubedy believes such learning is powerful and will have a strong and long-lasting impact on participants in their aim for greater heights at work and in their personal life.

      Methods used are fun and exciting, at the same time, they are purposeful and serious in subject matter.

      Objectives

      To assist participants into becoming a more effective, efficient, and productive individual, both at work and at home:

      • Bring the best out of each individual with the goal of assisting them discover their true potential;
      • Understand the deeper reasons behind what motivates them in their daily activities;
      • Appreciate team work as one of the key platform in achieving their best potential;
      • Be able to communicate and interact better and hence break the barriers of communication they may currently possess and as such minimize lost opportunities;
      • Align their individual goals with the team and corporate goals of the organization.

      Highlights

      • Moving the chairs exercise: An exercise that measures the rate of efficiency. Participants will discover the various levels of efficiency they can achieve and be made aware that their 'real potential' far exceeds their normal/current output! They will become aware that they can choose their level of productivity.
      • C.A.R (Commitment, Action and Results) exercise: Participants will discover that commitment is the key in every endeavor that we take. The lack of commitment is usually the biggest hindrance in achieving the desired results. It is also a game that stresses the importance of 'staying the course' in everything that we set to achieve.
      • Land the spaceship exercise: Discover how we are being limited by the person before us and as such fail to achieve our real capacity. Aware that we must break away from such limitations!
