Since the dawn of time, people
have been drawn into projects, as there are always buildings
to erect, roads to pave and laws to write. At present,
organization projects include implementation of new
technologies, mergers, organization restructuring and new
business ventures.
However, most projects fail to
achieve their objective to be completed on time, on budget and
on target. More than half of those failures are the result of
project teams not thinking through the goals, risks, and
issues, and lacking in overall planning before jumping into
action. When we fail to plan, we plan to fail. Thus, the
project is doom even before it begins. The Project Management
workshop seeks to address these issues.
