Leadership and
Management Workshop for Self Managed Work Teams (SMWT)
and Small Group Activities (SGA)
zubedy’s “WorkTeamz” is a
practical and informative workshop to provide participants
with the knowledge and key skills needed to be effective
leaders at work as well as at home. It assists participants to
relate effectively to their peers, subordinates and more
importantly to their team members as well as manage themselves
better. The course comes complete with a workbook that can be
used by the participants to check their effectiveness and
chart their journey towards leadership.

Debriefing after each game / exercise using informative,
real life, and practical examples
Workbook equipped with checklists for self-monitoring
and follow up with peers, team members, and superiors
Objectives
Make individual participants understand the rationale of
SMWT in work and history
Provide them with a conceptual framework and applicable
tools to lead a team of people, maintain the daily
activities of a small group, and build team cohesiveness
Assist participants to change from being technically
centred to management material
Assist participants in changing their mindset to align
their visions, missions, goals, and objectives with their
company’s visions, missions, goals, and objectives
At the end of the workshop, the
participants will be:
