Our mission is to make the world a better place, one person at a time. Each of us has the ability to affect our world and make it better in some small way.

Every business organisation has the same ability whilst making a profit, for only a business that is effective and profitable can contribute positively to local, state, nation, and the world. To paraphrase Drucker, a business has a social obligation to make a profit, only then will the business be true to the responsibility that has been entrusted to it by society.

We hope to inspire people to live up to their best and make an immediate difference in their lives immediately and beyond.

Our vision is to be a world class brand in the areas of organization and individual development. We also aim to unite people, by getting the world to work together.

Our Values

let us add value

Let us add value to our work, our family, our friends, our universe and our life. In adding value to work, we add value to our productivity, our employer and employee, including the cleaning lady who keeps our place clean. Let us not forget our duty to add value to our family and friends. Let us do it with joy. A simple task of picking up a piece of unwanted paper and throw it into the bin is also adding value to the space around us. And to our life, let us live day by day knowing we have achieved our real potential. Before we end each day, let us look back and see if we have added value to our work, our lives and people we care about including the stranger at the corner of the elevator.

let us be universal

Deep in our hearts we know we are one. Different ethnicity, religion, age, profession and positions in an organization are just ways created for us to know each other better. In every tradition, there are always 2 levels of understanding, the universal and the local. The universal binds us together and is always the same. Communities interpret and localize these universal values to suit their environment and lifestyles. Here are some of the universal values that all of us agree on:

Importance of education
Working hard
Justice
Justice

let us tell the truth

We tell the truth not just for moral obligation. Knowing the truth and working with the truth is the only sure way to add value, increase productivity, increase efficiency and make things better. How can we improve individuals and educate them for the better without really helping them to discover the truth and reality about who they are now and who they want to be? Let us all tell the truth to ourselves, our work, our client and our real potential. We are truthful to ourselves by knowing our real potential and doing something about it. Furthermore, we say what we mean and mean what we say.

let us connect the unconnected

In search of creativity, we connect the unconnected. We have strong conviction that creativity is one of the very basic formula to add value. We connect people with people from various cultures, religions, age and profession. We connect people with organization by connecting their personal goals with the organization's goal. We connect organization with organization through understanding suppliers, clients and industries. We connect organization with people through employer-employee relationship and organization-target market relationship.

let us apply knowledge

zubedy place the highest value towards knowledge because we can only apply knowledge if we have them. We believe knowledge without application is perhaps one of the most wasteful resource. Those who have knowledge must either apply them or share it with others. We incorporate application of knowledge in our methodology of transmitting information in all our workshops and programs. One example would be the application of 'Maslow Hierarchy of Needs.' Many of us have been taught this theory but yet we fail to apply it in our daily life. According to Abraham Maslow, all of us have 5 levels of needs. Thus, we believe that all our daily actions are motivated by these needs. Application of this knowledge is so useful that it can be used in any form of business. For example, a mother with kids walking into a bank to do a banking transaction will need seats in the front row for her kids. This is to fulfill her security needs although she came in to fulfill her basic needs of doing a banking transaction. If the teller chit-chats with her, this will fulfill her social needs. The mother's esteem needs can also be fulfilled if the teller treats her nicely like a preferred customer. And the list goes on.
