Finding Joy Performing

zubedy's Spirit of Performance program is written as a platform to introduce good corporate culture to new and existing employees. The main purpose of this program is to introduce a good corporate culture in line with the organisation's values and core competencies.

We are proposing that the program to have a three (3) dimensional approach which is introducing them to the best practices in corporations and then focussing on the organisation's values and core competencies.

The curtain raiser for the program will be introducing the fundamentals of good corporate culture which will include the framework of a business organisation, the culture of a corporation and how you can align company goals with your own. In short, the participants will have a chance to discover how to become someone who can add value to the corporate organisation by practising good corporate culture. To further compliment the above, we will introduce the four (4) types of cultural people that are prevalent as a corporate cultural identity in an organisation.

The second dimension of the program probes further into the four (4) pertinent components which exists in every business organization, they are Innovation, Duplication, Marketing and General Management. The program will further explicate on the four (4) key organization subsystems which is People (Producing), Administrative (Implementing), Empowerment (Innovating) and Unity (Integrating). This portion of the program will highlight on the roles and the importance of integrating all efforts to ensure the success of the business organisation.

The third dimension of the program will introduce and explore into the universal guiding values which includes Teamwork, Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Customer Focused, Innovation and Performance Centred.

This workshop is designed to equip the participants with the awareness, knowledge and know-how of the values and core competencies of the organisation. At the end of the training program, participants should be in line with the good corporate culture endeavour and find meaning and joy, performing.
