How to get people to feel like they have known each other since childhood?

Teambonding
is a workshop designed to help participants become more aware of the inevitable changes happening in the world, in the country, in their workplace and in their lives. It is also designed to assist them in working within a diverse group. From the session, participants will learn the processes of change, working with changes and the opportunities that arise from change. In short, the program will prepare participants to be ready for change, change for the better and change through awareness and understanding.

The program has been designed against a framework encompassing :-
New organizational and business trends emerging in the economy.
A group of individuals who need to work together and marry their various operations towards a united goal
A group of individuals who need to work across a diverse range of people - at times in a "virtual" way
The need to balance work and life given the nature of work engagements and need to manage business operations which is becoming more challenging
The need to be examples and leaders of change

At the end of the course, we aspire for the team to better understand each other, having had an opportunity to engage at a deeper level over the course of the program. Cohesion in delivering against clients request while working and leveraging each others strengths will follow as the team challenge - and eventually accept - both the paradigms within which they operate and those they perceive of others. Cross cultural appreciation - collaboration not competition - will be an underlying theme.

It is also important that the team gain some insights into creating a mind-set and environment that will stimulate creativity. This is a longer term aspiration but we will leave the team with an appreciation of what can be done when they go back to their offices.
