A Basic Management Development Program for People Promoted Through Rank and File
("Suddenly all the management policies make sense…")

zubedy's Rank Up! is a basic management development program for personnel promoted through rank and file. Why the need? Most rank and file personnel lack tertiary education. As such they tend to have a myopic view and fail to move on and behave like management. Instead of leading, they end up doing or hoarding their task. Hence, there is a need to equip them with basic management knowledge in order for them to understand the company as a whole. This will enable them to work better as a team leader instead of sticking to their past behaviour. Organisations can no longer afford to have executives who do not have enough knowledge.

This program combines basic management knowledge and attitude required to change them to become management savvy people. It is an intensive program incorporating four core modules conducted once a month, over a 4- month period. Each module is a 2-day session.

Some of the workshop highlights include :-

Provide a conceptual or big picture framework for managing an organisation.
Change participants' paradigm to a management mindset via knowledge.
