ENGLISH is an important language. We all know that. Many Malaysians want to speak English but, are not able to because their education experience and past environment do not promote it. Many may also be shy to speak the language. They fear being ridiculed or seen as someone less loyal to the National Language or mother tongue. Hence, any endeavour or workshop to help people speak English must take into account these factors. Our Read English to Advance Development (READ) program is the answer.

zubedy's READ program is designed to help people move into an English speaking world. It does so by creating an environment and the motivation to speak the language on a daily basis. It is not a one-off program but a program that incorporates practical follow-up between each participant and their team members, as well as bringing home the language to their family. This program will create the possibilities through activities that can assist them use the language daily. The duration is good enough a period to inculcate an English speaking culture.

	Kick-start participants to speak and think in English.
	Motivate and give them confidence to speak in English.
	Provide them a solid basis to maintain and develop their ability to speak the language via improved reading habit and activities for practising the language over a period of 3 months.
